I’ve lived through a relentless storm - my brother’s murder, my sister’s death, my father’s passing, a stroke, divorce, my daughter’s assault, and the daily reality of parenting neurodiverse children. Add to that frontline crisis roles, including responding to workplace suicides and violent threats.
Through NLP, deep mindset work, and a refusal to let adversity win, I’ve turned pain into purpose. Today, I’m a global mental health advocate, speaker, and leader - on a mission to shift how we see hardships, challenges and struggle.
