Workshops

It doesn't matter whether it's a stage, a podcast mic, a panel, or a workshop room. Wherever I show up, I do the same thing: I say what's actually happening in that room out loud, instead of softening it to keep everyone comfortable.

People don't walk away with a list of new facts. They walk away having noticed something about themselves, or their team, that they'd never quite let themselves see before. And once you've seen that... it doesn't wear off by Monday morning.

Paired Workshops

The Compliant Collapse

Workshop: The Truth Dashboard

A full-day leadership program where leaders leave with their five truth-flow metrics measured or scheduled - starting with bad news lead time: how long between someone in the business knowing something is wrong and leadership hearing it.

Built to Agree

Workshop: PIVOT / The Ladder

A half-day team workshop where every person leaves knowing which pattern runs them, who they check with before they commit, and their first-rung action for the week.

The Unseen Cost

Workshop: The Ladder — Bringing Yourself Back

A team session on the four rungs for bringing yourself back - from actually answering where you want to eat, up to bringing the thing only you know into a room where it counts.

Playing Small

Workshop: The Three Audits

A guided session through the Life Audit, the Pattern Audit and the Repossession Audit: where playing small is running your life, which pattern you live in most, and who you would be if you weren't.

Questions, answered straight

How do workshops relate to the keynotes?

Every keynote has a paired half-day or full-day workshop. The keynote names the pattern; the workshop gives your team the tools to interrupt it.

How many people can a workshop take?

Interactive sessions work best under about 40 people; team experiences and culture conversations are sized to the group doing the work. Tell me the room and I'll tell you what fits.
